When reporting a problem

Describe the lesson, what you expected, and what happened. Include your browser and device type if relevant. Please do not include a child’s name, photo, school, or other personal information.

Quick help

• No Hindi audio: check whether your device has a Hindi speech voice, or select English in Parents settings.
• Unable to drag on a phone: tap Move hands first. Reading questions intentionally keep the clock fixed.
• Missing stars: progress belongs to one browser and device. It may disappear after clearing site data or using private browsing.
